William Simon is currently the senior client partner and managing director of the Media, Entertainment and Convergence Sector at the management consulting firm Korn Ferry’s Los Angeles office. Bill Simon specializes in the media, entertainment and music industry, and has been ranked among the top 200 global executive recruiters. Prior to working with Korn Ferry, Simon worked with investment banking and brokerage firm Communications Equity Associates, where he founded their entertainment division.

In the past, Simon also held positions in the political government sector, including being former deputy staff secretary to President Jimmy Carter. Simon earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from UC Berkeley.
