Dana Landis serves as the Executive Director, Leadership and Succession at Russell Reynolds Associates. She was the head of leadership assistant at Google. From August 2012 until September 2016, she also served as the vice president of Talent Research and Analytics at Korn Ferry. She is also the former vice president of Global Search Assessment at Korn Ferry. In the early 2000’s, Landis served as the UC Los Angeles Career Center Program Director of PhD Counseling.
