Alan Arkatov is the Katzman-Ernst Chair in Educational Entrepreneurship, Technology and Innovation at the University of Southern California Rossier School of Education. He is also a chairperson of USC Rossier Center for Engagement-Driven Global Education (EDGE), which focuses on engagement educational strategies. Arkatov’s specialties include innovation in education; he is the founder and chairman of OnlineLearning.net and CEO of Teaching Channel. Arkatov has also done strategic communications for nonprofits, academic institutions, corporations and government agencies.
