As leading experts in their respective fields of curiosity and effective leadership, they offer a unique and valuable set of skills for any emerging or executive leaders and are offering one free coaching session to each Third Space Boot Camp participant.

David Bishop:
David Bishop is a visionary and successful leader who has led two leading global media companies – Sony Pictures Home Entertainment and MGM Worldwide Home Entertainment.
With nearly four decades of experience training emerging and experienced business people, David has developed unique neuroscience supported methodologies that are proven to turn obstacles into opportunities and foster success to a variety of businesses.
David’s passion for building high-performing teams and coaching executives has helped create a cadre of effective leaders in companies like Netflix, United Airlines, Google, IMAX, and Amazon. David is a fellow at Harvard University’s Institute of Coaching. He also serves as a coach for Loyola Marymount University’s Executive MBA program. He is currently an advisor for USC’s Annenberg Center for Third Space Thinking, which focuses on leadership development in the private sector.
Alison Horstmeyer: Curiosity Advocate. Business Accelerator. Humanistic Researcher.
Alison Horstmeyer is a certified coach, executive consultant and humanistic researcher. Her PhD research focuses on curiosity, motivation and biopsychosocial constructs. She has worked with executives in Healthcare, Technology, Management Consulting, and Entertainment and with CEOs of emergent companies pre-and post-series A. She is published in various domestic and international HR and leadership publications including peer-reviewed journals.
Alison hails from an extensive tenure as a business development executive building disruptive, pioneering businesses either owned or funded by such entities as Dolby Laboratories, Walmart, NBC Universal, and Liberty Media. Alison holds a MBA in Entrepreneurship from USC Marshall School of Business and a MS in Mind-Body Medicine (MBM) from Saybrook University. She currently serves as the inaugural research fellow for the USC Annenberg Center for Third Space Thinking and a board member for the Los Angeles chapter of the International Coach Federation. She is also a certified EQ inventory facilitator and certified yoga instructor. Alison will be leading a dynamic session on the importance of curiosity in the workplace at our November 8 Bootcamp.
