Tracy L. Lawrence is a management consultant who works with business organizations and individuals on executive search, executive assessment, leadership coaching and organizational development. Prior to launching her consulting firm, Lawrence led the Los Angeles consumer industry practice at Russell Reynolds Associates, one of the world’s largest executive recruiting and assessment firms. There she handled senior-level management and board of director searches and led broad scale executive assessment initiatives across the spectrum of industries.
Unique among her peers, Tracey is one of a select few human capital consultants with real-world senior level management experience. She is a veteran of the cable television industry, having served as general manager of Fox Family Channel. Prior to this, she was vice president of affiliate marketing for Nickelodeon Networks, where she oversaw marketing initiatives for Nickelodeon, Nick at Nite, TV Land, and Noggin. Prior to this, she headed up local marketing initiatives as director of marketing for MTV Networks. Tracey began her career in brand management at Kraft and later worked as a category manager at Nestle Brands
