Rebecca is currently a Clinical Professor of Communication at the USC in the Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism. She directs the on-campus and online Master of Communication Management program. She teaches courses on strategic communication and consulting. Additionally, she provides strategic communication and facilitation consulting services to organizations in the public, private, and non-profit sectors.
She has spent more than 30 years in the field of communication, facilitation, change management, and organizational behavior. Prior to coming to USC, she was on the faculty at Cal Poly Pomona, director of corporate communication at Hughes Electronics and a senior consultant at Towers Perrin.
Rebecca received her B.A. degree from UCLA and her M.A and Ph.D. degrees from USC. She roots for whoever is winning at half time.
