Soft Skills for Talent Development


The Center for Third Space Thinking at the University of Southern California is pleased to announce a competition for research grants to be awarded on the subject of Third Space Soft Skills in the digital age.

The purpose of the Third Space Fellowship is to promote an epistemic community of engaged scholars and thoughtful practitioners interested in various dimensions of soft skills, such as adaptability, cultural competency, empathy, intellectual curiosity, and 360 degree thinking and problem solving.

The Third Space Fellowship will include one round trip ticket to our campus in Los Angeles and two overnight stays to share their findings with others in the fieldA stipend of $3,000 will be payable to each Fellow.  Over the course of a year, the successful candidate will prepare an original research  paper and contribute three blog posts to the Third Space website.
